TV Spots

Dice Undisputed- The new train wreck show in the vein of Being Bobby Brown and Breaking Bonaduce. JESUS!!!! What a mess! Andrew Dice Clay crawling around the country trying to revive his career from the 80's. One door after another slams in his face and the faces of his managers- who seem to be mentally handicapped. It's actually depressing. He still dresses like Fonzie and does the same act about beating up women. UGH! Apparently everyone in the business hates him because he burned a lot of bridges back in the day. A real cautionary tale.

The Hills- This "reality" show is about the trials and tribulations of rich girls in LA. I love the way the program is shot and the locations are everywhere I will be hanging this summer. Usually I watch this and take mental notes on each location. They do a great job of listing places at the bottom of the screen. Most of the story line is about one of the girls slowly dumping her best friend for a total creep of a guy. That's painful for me to watch because I have been through that monumental disappointment in my life.

I Love New York- This show continues to make me laugh however I'm stunned every time New York refers to one of her potential suitors as "White boy." I mean isn't it obvious he is caucasian? One of the guys called her a little black girl on the first episode and she flipped out. I think she could have picked a more polite name especially in this country where race can still be cause for hard feelings.

White people watching television in the 1950's.

Normally, I love "bad TV", but in this case my dislike of this hack doesn't allow me to be open-minded enough to watch. Hickory dickory dock, "The Dice" is such a ....
