My all time dream home would of course be The Dakota. Former long time resident Leonard Bernstein's apartment is up for sale (25.5 million dollars) and word on the street is Tom Cruise wants to buy. Now TomKat must make it past the co-op board who will more than likely reject anyone that draws the pap. Stay tuned as the story unfolds. It's like Rosemary's Baby: The Scientology Version.

Liz, Oh don't worry, I'll call Yoko and tell her to put a kibosh on the whole thing. |

did i ever tell you that jesse f. worked at the dakota doing electrical work for a while a couple years ago ? he said it was an amazing, incredible building -- with a separate entrance for the "hired help", of course. |

OMG! I so want to talk to Jesse about that now. It is TRULY a wish of mine to get inside that building. I have read extensively about the building's history. I have an interest in turn-of-the-century buildings as well as art deco. |
