I'm Loving the Following Things...

The documentary on PBS about Andy Warhol. I've read everything there is to read on one of my idols, but this documentary is really interesting and super informative. It really gets into Warhol's art.

I said to Jimmi today, when are people going to realize that the gay community dictates our culture? They dominate what we wear and what we look at as beautiful in art, literature and music. They gay community should be revered and not scorned. Clay Akin should feel proud to say,

"I'm a gay man."

The Dumpsta' Players are in rehearsal and yours truly has joined the troupe! I've seen their shows, I've attended some events socially with these guys. I really adore these people. I'm so excited to be an official member of this talented off beat bunch. Last night was my first rehearsal with the group. I ran some lines and will be working in a stage hand capacity.

Eating healthy has been awesome! I can't tell you how much better I feel since July. The most surprising thing to me has been my abiliy to sleep better since I started eating well. I really feel the energy because I sleep so sound. Last year, it was tough working with the kind of schedule I have. I could not establish a steady sleep patten and it was really hit or miss. I couldn't imagine being able to join the Dumpsta's last year.

Life is about having options. January 2006, I broke away from the old people, places and things and made some changes because I needed too. It is now nine months into the year and I'm delighted with the growth I've seen.

Thanks Pax but for now I am strictly behind the scenes, running lines, working the ticket window etc. I'm really excited though!
