I watched A&E's new documentary Intervention. Excellent program but my heart breaks when there is no mention of family members finding their own recovery. As I watch the program, I hope and pray that somewhere along the line professionals are getting a message of recovery through to family members who feel that addiction is something their loved one is doing to them.

Bravo is running a new program called Showdog Moms & Dads. Right off the bat I can see that I wont be able to stomach this. It's those sickening kind of people that kiss their pet on the mouth and project human emotion all over the animal, hence the title of the show "Moms & Dads." Does your pet really want to wear a Halloween costume? I think not.
