When Alfie came to my crib

What’s it all about?

So Alfie is on release now and off I go to see how we look on screen (remember I posted about the scenes they shot in Tilbury using my Arts Activity Centre?) and there we are!

Well….

Sort of…

It’s a bit dark…

But if you know the area you can tell where it is. It was funny to see NY Taxis driving up the ferry slipway but the scene was cut so well it is hard to see the join between the footage shot in the US and footage shot 50 yards from my office and it is so dark! Anyway that string of lights behind Jude Law – that’s me... ah well, no fame yet then!

I like the original of 'Alfie'...but looking forward to seeing this Jude Law version.

How cool. I LOVE Jude Law. He is one actor whose films I will see not matter what the premise.

Tony, you were this close to Jude Law and you didn't stalk him for UA?? :(

I was a bit upset when I saw the film as he did the scene with the scrumptious Jane Krakowski but when I ran it again she did not appear in any Tilbury shots (the only possible shot she could have been in is more than likely a body double in a long shot) now if I had missed meeting HER…
